For order dispatch updates, it is important that you please state the following information:

1. Order number
2. Date of purchase
3. Your name
4. Your email address

For installation of a regulator or the tuning of your airgun, supply as much detail as possible (in just the one email) and please make sure to include the following:

1. Make and model of airgun
2. Calibre and power of airgun
3. Regulator model and pressure setting

For questions about shot count, power issues etc, your email needs to be accompanied by a shot string graph, including any information upon how the airgun has been tuned or altered.

We always aim to respond to all emails within a maximum of 3 working days.
