Technical matters are best dealt with over the phone, when emailing us a question either about installing a regulator or tuning your airgun, please supply us with as much detail as possible in just the one email. We strongly advise the following:

1. Make and model of airgun
2. Caliber and power of airgun
3. Regulator model and pressure setting

If your question is about shot count, power issues etc, your email really needs to be accompanied by a shot string graph as well as any other information upon how the airgun has been tuned or altered.
